As the Emmy Award–winning Production Designer for the series Endlings, one of the biggest challenges was designing and fabricating a 46-foot-long, organic-looking crashed spaceship. Its spiraled, helical form and extruded bubble-dome canopy demanded innovative solutions—balancing complex design with tight deadlines and budget constraints.
We designed, built, and puppeteered a full-scale 54-foot sperm whale for the Prime series The Boys—our largest and most ambitious creation yet. Engineered for realism and on-set performance, the puppet delivered a dramatic, unforgettable moment in the show.
In this enormously popular commercial for Credit Karma we designed and created 9 ft tall animatronic Moose. Organic fluid movement of such a large and irregularly shaped head was achieved with a multiple set of very responsive hydraulic pistons and control levers.
For The Boys Season 1, we re-engineered our cable-controlled dolphin into a seamless, full-length one-piece puppet. We designed, built, and puppeteered the character for one of the most hilariously unforgettable scenes in the series—and one of the funniest I’ve ever worked on.
We created four 7'6" animatronic "Worry Monster" creature suits for POM Wonderful’s massive campaign, featured across a series of commercials, a major web rollout, print ads, and towering 80-foot video billboards in Times Square.

Bringing to life large, kinetic and imaginative backgrounds for genius child inventor 'Anne" and her robotic pals.
As Production Designer for this new PBS series, the goal was to bring playful environments to an epic scale. The result: a 165-foot-long, 60-foot-wide, two-story-tall Odd Squad headquarters, packed with secret panels, trap doors, slides, and interactive gadgetry—every corner designed to surprise and delight.
