We designed, built, and puppeteered a full-scale 54-foot sperm whale for the Prime series The Boys—our largest and most ambitious creation yet. Engineered for realism and on-set performance, the puppet delivered a dramatic, unforgettable moment in the show.

We created a vibrant expressive Animatronic Cardinal head and hands for KIND Snacks, featuring remote-controlled eyes, eyebrows, and a head crest. Feathers were hand-laid for a realistic finish, and both the eyes and beak were 3D printed to keep this bird looking sharp.

Created and manipulated this full-size mechanical automaton. This figure, which was to appear to be a Vandalized 'Zoltaresque' mechanical figure in a booth, was a practical, mechanical figure operated via levers and linkages by a sole performer hidden in the base of the booth.
As the Emmy Award–winning Production Designer for the series Endlings, one of the biggest challenges was designing and fabricating a 46-foot-long, organic-looking crashed spaceship. Its spiraled, helical form and extruded bubble-dome canopy demanded innovative solutions—balancing complex design with tight deadlines and budget constraints.
