This animatronic giraffe was built by StefFX for a shoot in Cape Town, South Africa, and was designed to intercut seamlessly with a real giraffe. Featuring a fully gimbaled neck, mechanical jaw, and blinking eye mechanism, the puppet convincingly "chews" a tree into the shape of Mr. Peanut. It was also featured in "Waiting For the Man", a short film by Rob Stefaniuk that screened at the Sundance Film Festival.
